Corporations....the better half!

Obviously the chairmen on boards of America's finest corporations think that, while they send the other half (you and I) off to fight the wars which they justify, the enemies they declare, and wave the American flag like a checkered flag at the Indy 500...sending soldiers into places with raging vengence, killing at will. Yes they are the better half (top 1%), because they know what the bottom half (lower 99%) doesn't....that to remain in better half, you need to convince those in lesser economic means that they can achieve vast wealth, or perhaps a good life by saving hard, being a good tax-paying citizen, and serving your country in battle if needed. Yes, what they really want you to know is that the meek shall inherit the earth, the poor will never need in heaven, and to turn the other cheek when smitened! What they don't want you to know is that they know better, and more importantly, they believe the earth is theirs for the taking! So, as long as all good citizens leave the earth and it's possessions alone. By the way, if a corporation sends its jobs overseas, is that considered cut & run?

Patriotim before Profit

I think it's time for citizens to realize that patriotism is for citizens not corporations! All this government has to do is wave flag, and Americans race like raging bulls toward whatever their leaders tell them too. These same citizens need to have a group to hate, and the American government will be more than happy to help direct that anger toward some group of people or country which our fearless leaders tell us that we should fear. Fear creates hate, and causes people to rise up against whatever they fear. Interestingly enough, that our fearless leaders are just like bin laden, they convince others to go and die while they sit back like cowards! Yes...George Bush is a coward, as well as Dick Cheney.

Patriotim before Profit

So America, whatelse needs to happen before we declare President George Bush a war crimminal? When will this nation rise up and put this president and his co-horts on trial for taking this country to war for their private interest? When will citizens realize that this president's agenda has been realized or "Mission Accomplished" happened when he got this country involved in a war over oil? I think it's time to realize that this administration is as corrupt as Hitler's regime, or are they same? Rule by fear! Rule by arigance or ignorance! It's time America...be all you can be and vote out the Bush Crime family!

Just another angry U.S. veteran!

How much money does it take to "Do the right thing" for the American people? Well, I still contend that the more money you have, the less likely you will ever do what is right for the citizen and more likely that you cannot appreciate the immediate concerns of the ordinary American citizen. Maybe it's time for people to realize that we need to elect ordinary people into these positions, and remove the profiteering from our elected offices. We need people to step up for these positions, taking a few years out of their life to serve there country, but not career politicians. As long as America continues to elect career profiteering politicians who use patriotic slogans to gain our support while they shape laws for their business interest, we will continue to get exactly what we have.....Profiteering politicians using Patriotism as a business tool. Wise up America....and rise to the occassion...your country needs you! The best candidate for President or any position is the average citizen who lives and depends on the American community!
